Network Problem Cant Ping Devices - Fix Via Teamviewer

I have a local network that has 2 hardwired devices on the router and cable modem.
Device 1 is called a QVIDIUM and transmits video to another location
Device 2 is a slingbox
Each are "seen" on the network router (asus) but are not able to be pinged or transmit connection via router. I need this troubleshot via teamviewer with a solution of internet connectivity and successful ping on these devices
