Build a simple macOS Tool App with xCode

Target is to build a simple macOS App which displays some status information about devices. The data can be collect via "ioreg" from the IODeviceTree. App needs to fetch some variables and display it in the tool. Please see the attached PDF for all information. Variables are defined in the PDF.
The xCode project should be delivered as a bundle file (zip) for graphical customizing.
As a bonus it would be great to have a toolbar icon in the finder bar to access the window. a green dot with a X inside when at least one device is active. with a red X if all devices are offline or not connected (see png logo)
