requirements are as follows

Case Description:

An University in Europe has a total of 2000 people - including both, students and staff.

They currently have an on-prem environment for their office and collaboration tools. They plan to migrate the

infrastructure to the cloud with microsoft stack in place.

Requirements:

▪ There should be a possibility to offer online classes

▪ Students and staff should be able to use their own devices.

▪ Management would like to have the reports for the retained students and also graduated students.

▪ Possibility to store files and content on cloud

▪ Migration of files and folders from on-prem to Cloud. (permission levels, users, properties, and content types have to be mapped)

What is needed?

1) Only a solution concept has to be designed no implementation necessary currently that leverages state-of-the-art technologies of Microsoft O365 suite to solve the problem.

2) Think of the problem end-to-end when designing the solution (this includes issues

like Migration strategy, License requirement, Cost estimation).

3) If anything is unclear, assumptions can be made and but document them as well.
