Turkey Google Play Profile with Gmail log in

I am looking for a Turkey- freelancer to help me create a new working and not blocked from other countries Google Play profile based in Turkey.

I travel a lot and my most time is in Switzerland. The Profile must work from Switzerland and recognize Turkey as original country.

Then I need turkey online debit Card to be able to pay subscriptions on Google play apps like Grindr. I must be able to charge that card online later at my self and make buying of Google subscriptions online bei Grindr, Tindr, Badoo etc. Most important is Grindr app! It must be working for buy service incide .

I am gonna to test the buy options before I pay you!

Language must be always English! Payment incide Google in Turkey lira.

Steps:

1. Create Google Gmail account based in Istanbul. Also Facebook account as reserve log in option.

2. Go to Grindr gay dating App in Google play store and download it from Turkey. Then create new account incide that app while you log in with that google Gmail account ( option by Google log in recognition)

3. Register working payment method that I can use later and test it.

4. Send me all log in information and the online debit card payment methods.

( confidence and trust must be given! Maybe the only way is to make that card on your names, because turkey Google play store accept only turkey card of turkey citizens). You must care about that and just provide me an solution.

5. Be available for test and further assistance.

Specific requirements for this project include:

- Creating a Google Play profile with a Gmail log in based in Turkey.( not by VPN but real location in Turkey from Turkey citizen)

- Installing a list of specific apps from the Google Play Store and make possible to buy services incide with (your or other) turkey debit card that I can later recharge at my self and use it alone from another county like Switzerland or Germany.

- Assisting with managing later
