Conditioning tools in a PDF Form

I need to build an application form where the requester will have multiple options to select. And based on their selection the relevant T&A and other questions should lay down to complete while other details relevant for other choices should be hidden. This PDF form should be able to be printed & when printing, the hidden details should not be included.
