PhoneGap App upgrade - sound detection

Upgrade an existing app writed in phonegap , so will detect the shooting of a pistol and count how many times fire. The app will add the option "start counting" , and will detect the sound of the pistol shoot , that way will count down how many bullet fired and will keep the total. (We can measure and provide the Db to measure) . After xxx bullets , they app will recommend to make a service to the pistol . and the button service done will appear , so the counter will reset.

No idea of pricing.
