3D Hands ANimation Project - open to bidding

Hi Ian,
I might have a 3D Animation project for you. We would like to add a 3D animation of virtual hands that will interact with real video footage.
The project will start in August so wanted to know if you where keen to have a chat about it.
We will provide you with a detailled brief. Our office is near Monument Station London so we will also arrange to meet.
In term of Prices we will have to check with you but there is a budget.
