250 product-photos - resizing an optimizing for webshop

I have 250 product-photos for my client´s onlineshop http://www.annastore.de.
Most of the products are displayed on a white background, so this is only cutting out and fit it into the right size (one small 158x184 Pixel and one with the same apsect ratio but in the highest solution possible.
In some photos is a blue background - this should be turned into light grey.
Some photos show the product in different model/colour versions - here must be every version cuttet out and displayed in various photos every colour alone.

The photos themselves have mostly very poor quality so it is necessary to get the best out of it with colour optimizations, filters like unsharp mask, modify the curves a bit and so on - so you should be an expert in photoshop!
We are on a very tight budget - so please don not bid too high!

As I got so many bids I will have to make a little challenge now for to find out who can provide the best quality...
These images are the worst cases - the rest is much easier (1 preview and 1 product image only) and about 50 images have more than two color/versions and less than 60 have a colored background for to change to white or gray.
Download the 2 pictures.
Change the background from image Test_002.jpg to a light gray without changing the colors of the product itself.
Choose the nicest productversion out of the photo Test_001.jpg and create one small and one large image of it on a white/grey background. The other versions separate in images each (white background) and name them like explained below.
