Website PHP , Javascript Programmers

We are looking for a programmer who can do this.

For example:

we have Site A and Site B

Site A :

This site not own by us totally separate site.

Https secure site and login protected.

and we have username and password to use the login protected area.

Site B:

This site is our own server so we can install anything

Project:

We want to have mirrored SiteA on our SiteB (you will wonder what do i mean) let me explain.

as we have only one username and password for the SiteA

and we dont want to give out this information to all our users.

so what we are looking for is to have a system on our SiteB

so SiteB would work like this

My own users will visit my SiteB and enter their own username and pass (so this will be separate from the main SiteA)

once the user enter into siteB they will see every field and every button is same as SiteA

when they enter all the fields needed and submit the form.

Script will not show the user and submit all the fields to SiteA and copy the Result page and show the SiteB users .

so SiteB users will not see all connections between SiteA and SiteB , users will think all happening on SiteB!!!

The reason we want this because we dont want to give the SiteA username and pass to public

and same time we want to be able to give more than one username and password on SiteB

so basically

We are trying to multiply one account from SiteA on to lots of accounts on SiteB

if same time i have 50different users entering stuff on SiteB script auto will connect to SiteA and login and submit all the users submission on to SiteA and get(copy) the results for each submission to show back to each users on SiteB

Result changes based on each entry so if i have 50 user entering stuff on SiteB there will be 50 different process working on SiteA and 50 different result page.!

every result got different REF NO so it will be easy to gather results for per each entry separately.

Some programmer can think we want to copy the site but not we dont want to copy this is totaly different than copying site. because script must submit for each user separatly and get the result from SiteA .. we cannot generate the results ourselfs we have to gather from main site.
