59025 Domain whois checker

I currently have a domain generator and I need to have it check overture suggestion tool and a whois checker for domain availability. This is a simple script for those with experience with overture and domain whois checkers. All data will be stored in a mysql database. I would require the script to use a proxy and a proxy updater so the IP address of the webserver will not get banned from overture or the whois source. For more details please message me. Thanks!
