46756 simple php/mysql admin

This is very straightforward project. I have 2 tables tableA, tableB. tableA has about 15 coulmns and tableB has about 5. I need an admin tool that will show me whats in these tables on separate admin pages and allow me to edit the contents. TableA is a user registration table and is populated by a form on my site, so some fields when editing from the admin should be actual form vaules from the form, not assigned values in the DB. That will be easier for the person editing the data. Ex: Yes = 1, No = 0. etc.. TableB is a little different, on the admin form for this tables there needs to be a field for suggested values, which are calcularted based on data from tableA. Should be an easy formula.
