I will provide you with the program files.
• In tracker – when I click a job number, open the quotation
• If I change an advertising code name, please update the code name for all existing quotations under that name.
• Sometimes (about 20% of the time) new quotations open automatically as “High priority”. Standard is the default, Please fix. This happens if I am inside a “High priority” file and I select “add new”.
• When I click “Delete” quotation, please ask to confirm
• Add another option for priority;
o Standard (already in place)
o Med priority (to be created)
o High priority (already in place)
• Please allow me to specify a folder to search when I click “Quote number”
o Currently it searches for 08 quotes here C:\AEI\Enquires\08 Quotes
o And 09 quotes here C:\AEI\Enquires\
Please allow me to specify the folder location by adding a small button beside the word “Quote number”
• Quotations marked “Cancelled” or “fully paid” should not show in “Reminder”
• With export report – please allow me to specify to output email addresses of customers who are “quote” status
