25069 Video Upload Script

I need to build a website where you can download large video files (500+ MB). Right now I need the following done: 1.) Configure my server to allow a user to upload large video files. 2.) Write a PHP script that will store these video files in a directory above the web directory I have a dedicated server setup with ServerPronto. I had another developer configure the website, and PHP so should be good to go there, but if not you will have root access for any configuration, etc. that you need to do. I need the above done by end of day today, but there will be more work I need done on this project in the following week(s).
