A great new site whereby property owners can add their room, apartment or house (and photographs) and have other visitors who come to the site bid on them. There will also be another section where, similar to eBay, users can 'buy now' to rent an apartment without the bidding process. All user data will be stored and payments for service will be taken using PayPal. Feedback on users will also be stored, similar to here ([login to view URL] and eBay). Users will have ratings as a landlord and a traveller. Of course, privacy is important! Searching will be available on the site. The site will be available in different languages (I will provide text) and this should be easy to change in future by an Admin user. The site design has already been made so that's less thing to think about. You should know about PayPal or be willing to learn about it.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Someone who comments their code and is very logical. I don't mind where you are from as long as you communicate well and develop well. Please, no time wasters, just people that want to work. I have a few projects going (1 on Guru), this one and another almost ready to be started. I'm easy going and good to work with but insist on reliability and updates.
