Need an online website with store built for new clothing line that will launch soon.
Site should be modeled very closely to

We do not want that much flash, because our main goal is also for site to be SEO friendly so site needs to be designed with that in mind. Should be as close to the site mentioned above as possible while still mainting SEO friendliness.
Shopping cart needs to be exactly if not extremely similar to the one they use

If you dont use a custom cart then i hear OS commerce can be customized greatly to be very similar to this one. Site needs to have all features that armaniexchange has like view more pictures on each item and different angles, mailing list area a clone of all their features but SEO friendly.
Payment will be made with Escrow or on completion no exceptions i have been screwed to many times in the past. Budget is 300-400 dollars, Do not give me generic bids please review project and bid.
