Java Script ASP.NET AJAX EXPERT

Hi,

I have an asp.net web app which has a reports page on it.

Currently to execute reports on the page i do a post back to the page with [url removed, login to view](JAVASCRIPT goes here) from the code behind file..

This causes a postback to the page and is not the DESIRABLE effect.

What i need is to be able to call the javascript for opening the window somethign similar to this..

What the javascript needs to do is get the value of 2 text box's

StartDate

FinishDate

And the value fo the dropdownlist as the url, put it in a string to send.

There is also a listbox on this page for which i would like to cycle through it using javascript (if this is possible) and get the values that are selected(its a multiselect) and add those to it as well.

It is prefered you would work remote for this.
