I would like a site built with alot of elements of [login to view URL] and some elements of www.citysearch.com. It is primarily a review site with space needed for advertisement placement, need moderated blog ability, and a searchable database by category (approx 6-8 categories) in 3 regions to start but need scalability to add more regions later (and more work for the group who is contracted out). I need a full turn key solution including SEO. If you have remarkable work as far as programming but are not an SEO, that is fine too as I am happy with contracting out someone else for the SEO work once complete and live.
