Update ASP Website and Create Software Admin

I have an ASP website that was created for me a while ago. I want this website enhanced so that it can be sold. I need a template that will look attractive and be more functional. An improved CSS needs to be used also. When editing pages I would prefer the rich text editor(as on RAC) be used instead of the current system.

All the pages need to be updated to a more professional look

Make the paypal cart work with IPN and have a Thank You for your order page

Any enhancements the coder thinks will improve this site

**Software Admin

**I want a new type of Admin Section for this website. I want it to be controlled via software on the Administrator's computer. This would link directly with the database and have the ability to edit all of the features on the website. This software sould have the ability to do everything someone can do with an online admin.

I need a really well written Help section since this is targeted to new users and persons running their first website.

I need a well laid out, attractive GUI

**My website has links to Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Data Access Componets, and Microsoft Jet Drivers. Users are instructed to update their computers prior to installing software. These componets should be sufficient to do the tasks that are laid out in the project description.**
