I need a intranet web site that project managers can go to and request SAN disks. This site will allow them to choose different type of disks required (from tier 1 to tier 3) and it will take them to another page (SAN request form) to allow them enter all neccessary info and to reserve the disk requirements. Once they submit the SAN request form, I can distribute the task to one of my admins, which they can also log in to check their tasks and update the tasks. I will also need to be able to generate report base on month, task, by admin, or request#.
