ESL data development

Please see attached rtf file (zipped) for more complete instructions (I'm limited to 2000 characters here.) I need 1000 2-word phrases, rewritten and paraphrased. Here's an example: Original phrase Substitution 1 Substitution 2 Substitution 3 Substitution 4 are in are inside are within, are currently in are now in You can do this by writing sentences with the phrase. For example: Original: The people *are in* the room. Substitution 1: The people *are inside* the room. Substitution 2: The people *are within* the room. Substitution 3: The people *are currently in* the room. Substitution 4: The people *are now in* the room. I'll need 1 set for each meaning. All words, including the original need to be tagged for part of speech as follows (pr) pronoun, (n) Noun, (v) Verb, (pre) Preposition, (adv) Adverb, (adj) Adjective. For example: Original: It was a *(adv)very (adj)good* day. Substitution 1: It was a *(adv)really (adj)nice* day. If a word has many similar meanings, pick the most common meaning for each word type. Use your judgment, or ask. I respond promptly. Substitutions don’t have to have the same number of words. I don’t expect perfection, just a *usable* choice. What you'll need: 1) A good electronic dictionary Wordweb ([url removed, login to view]), [url removed, login to view] or another. 2) The 2-word phrases file. I will send this in email. How to start: Try 10 substitutions and send them (A sample list is at the bottom of this description). Only writers providing a sample will be considered. Legal issues: If you do get the job, you will have to sign and fax a nondisclosure agreement before receiving the data and starting work. Note: I have 10000 2-word phrases and 10000 3-word phrases. ## Deliverables
