redesign an INFOPATH 2007 form

Hi. I currently use an infopath 2007 form and Microsoft Office Groove 2007 to fill. I'm not a pro but I designed the form my self to suit my needs.

I would like to stop using the groove 2007 but I'd like to have the same functionality, like to filter and soft the views and to authorize some users to being able to edit, read, write or delete forms.

I'm willing to change to another software, If someone knows another program to use forms.

I have searching the web and there are a lot of programs that have SOME of these capabilities but none like infopath has, like zoho creator, google docs, etc
