Traffic System Script (AD Server, Stats)

Hi,

I need someone that is familiare with making traffic systems. Like this: <[url removed, login to view]>

It's for redirecting traffic to it's clients when the script recieve visitors. It's possinble to have resellers, sub resellers etc.

The system I got today is an upgraded Enterprise Traffic Server. But I need something more advanced and nicer looking.

Here is some of the new functions I need:

- Country Targeting (system must find out were the visitors are from and then check if there are campaings to that country, if not it must send it to the mainstream traffic.

- Hourley cap (So I can set max visitors pr hour to a campaign)

- Better design

I am working on writing a full project describtion. But I hope you can see were I am going. A full rebuild of my traffic server with alot of new functions. That is the main issue with this project.

I need a coder that can think for them self, so I do not need to work with you all the time as I am a very busy man.
