I have a ‘Sharing good practice’ page on my website on which Plumbing lecturers can share teaching resources / lesson plans etc.

I need two things.

1 ??" A registration system where the lecturer can register as a user of the page (This is to keep the students out) The information I need from the lecturer is simply Name ??" College ??" Email address (to be used as login name) ??" Password.

2 ??" A means whereby lecturers can upload material to the web page. I envisage this as an ‘upload’ button on the ‘Sharing good practice’ page which the lecturer clicks, he / or she, is then presented with an upload window. This window would accept the file to be uploaded, plus a text message where the lecturer could write a description of the material contained in the file. This information would be available to me (once uploaded) so that I can add it to the Resources index. The uploaded material will be delivered into a folder named AAdownloads

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

On my PC I have Windows XP.

I think my hosting package runs on windows also.. However, when the time comes, you'll have to explain to me what all this means. (I'm a much better plumber than webmaster!)
