I need a site similar to this built in CMS, to be easy editable.

The site should be a presentation for a Company that is doing house/building maintenance. It can't be identical copy, but needs to be similar (clean design, information easy accessible). I already have a logo.
If you are awarded, you need to create a demo (on your domain) and wait for my clients approval. You also have to offer multiple revisions.
