Modify existing Wordpress Template

Hi,
I would like my existing Wordpress template a bit modified, this is the existing page [login to view URL]
In the page I would like to modify :
- on the home screen I would like the icons of the project to be 180x180px and 5 in a row, with gap 11,25px
- I would like the images on the home page to be in grayscale, when you hoover over they appear in colour
- the title of the page on the icon is with black ribbon 50% opacity, text white
- I would like the top menu to be frozen as you scroll down
- see [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
- on the subpage I would like picture/gallery with slideshow on top and text bellow
- the gallery navigator with "+" , "-" and "square" for pictures
