Remake USA site in Wordpress with CMS with changes.

To completely replicate [url removed, login to view] in Wordpress with full CMS to be supplied.
Front page to be designed like/and taken from [url removed, login to view] and replicated
Blog section to be added and to be taken from [url removed, login to view] and replicated
Learning Center to be added and to be taken from [url removed, login to view] and replicated
Site map and rough changes guide attached.
Each page will have changes as this is to be re-branded as a New Zealand site so images, copy, layout, logos etc will change as well.
Please include these changes in your quote, changes are not excessive.
Images and sliders will be supplied via shared Dropbox folder
All page changes will be supplied via individual word .docs (supplied via Drop Box) so excellent English and grammar understanding is required. Two sample changes pages attached.
Required to be finished in 5 - 7 days.
DO NOT bid if you cannot provide in this time frame as it needs to go live prior to the end of January.
Due to numerous bidders taking deposits and then disappearing with the money I am only happy to supply 50% MIlestone and will release once site data is in and checked, final 50% before site goes live - which is as soon as it is done
