565701 Building a web-configurator

we a searching for a programer with skills in PHP, Java etc. to build a agile web-configurator. The configurator will be used by our web-audience to create foto-shirts, -caps et cetera by their own. That means it should be easy to use with a drag and drop mechanism and a way to upload fotos and bring them on a virtual shirt.

We are responsible for the Design (screen Design, photoshop). We need only the core programming and integration in HTML.

We also need a way to import pictures from Instagram via the known Instagram API

For a better Understanding, look at the picture bellow, it describes the Use Case Scenario very well.

The Use Case: The user chose a pic out of is imported instagram-pictures and add the pic to the righ bar via drag and drop... Thats It.
