Expose Google Adword API Dimensions and Metrics

Create a cmd based program that will run in a command shell in windows 7 that will have inputs for dimensions and metrics and output the data into a csv file.
We intend to import into Qlikview and analyse adword and campaign performance. This is read only not interested in the input ability.
The format I would expect would be something like
<program.js> userid password googleadwords account dimension metric date range export filename
very similar to what this person has done for google analytics
