PHP Maxmind GeoIP Redirect Script

I need a PHP-based GeoIP redirection script. This is for advertising purposes and I need to be able to send users to multiple URLs very fast and easily.
I have a list of spider/bot/etc. IP addresses and User Agents that ALL redirections need to check against, meaning if the user's IP or user agent is in the list it will send them to one URL I specify, and if they are not in the list then send them to another URL I specify.
The system could be variable based for redirections, so that I may redirect the same group of users to multiple locations at will, at the same time. For example:
/[login to view URL] redirects real users to [login to view URL], bots/spiders to [login to view URL]
/[login to view URL] redirects real users to [login to view URL], bots/spiders to [login to view URL]
etc.
ALSO, I will be using MaxMind GeoIP databases for Country, City, and Organization. These must be used in combination with the Master List of IPs and User Agents to determine redirections.
Would preferably like a nice, clean, fast backend to easily manage redirections.
If anything is unclear I can provide examples.
