Identifying problems with a Joomla Site

Hello,
I have acquired a fairly extensive site built with Joomla. However, having uploaded the site files it would appear there are problems. I am looking for someone who is very experienced with Joomla to take an hour or two looking at the files and identifying the problem/s. Currently the site can be accessed here: [login to view URL] and the winning bidder will be sent ftp access. I’d like to end up with a clear understanding of what is missing/ what needs to be changed.
