Hi Eugene,
I decided to ask for your help based on a few factors:
1. You only getting 10
2. I checked your work
3. We can speak the same language (I'm from Vladivostok and my wife from your country)
My problem is this:
I hired programmers from Vietnam for making custom Joomla 1.5 component based on Joomla [url removed, login to view] version EZ Realty. They finally finished and you can see the result on [url removed, login to view]
What I'm hoping you will be willing to do:
1. Check everything inside my com_exsellproperty (some short comments they did in Vietnamese :( and see if everything is clear and normal, no backdoors or something in this nature.
2. Help me to fix the [url removed, login to view] operation, such as show me how to use Virtuemart
3. Change watermark logo code from Joomla [url removed, login to view] which I have on mine main site [url removed, login to view] to a code for J! 1.5
4. Implement a creation of a flyer (HTML code) from listing page, so my agents will be able to create a code with one click of a button and then copy and paste to Craigslit and other places.
5. In connection with #4 I have following project in plans [url removed, login to view] (I'm trying to follow [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view])
6. Help me to transfer [url removed, login to view] from J![url removed, login to view] to J!1.5 after we finish with all testing my exsellproperty component.
7. Help me with all 3 project down the road:

As you can see there are a lot of tasks and steps to make. If you'll agree to work with me we can make each step as separate project for you (as many as you like) so it'll benefit you rating here.
