482458 Transfer Ning to Joomla

I have a ning network with 4000 members. I need a programmer to recreate this network exactly, with the same design, look, and features as it has on Ning, and then import all of my information from ning over to the new joomla network.
1. The Joomla network has to look exactly like the Ning network.
2. The Joomla network has to have exactly the same features as the Ning network.
3. All information from the ning network, has to be placed within the new joomla network.
4. Member data including login has to be ported over to the new joomla network.
If possible I would like to replace the ning network with the joomla network overnight, and have as few people as possible notice the change. Thank you.
