Asterisk: Return Answered External call to IVR

We have had a request from 1 of our customers to provide them with a custom service which I don’t currently have the ability to do in our Freepbx installation.
The Service is as follows.
An external caller calls in and is greeted by a welcome message.
The PBX/Asterisk then calls a list of 20 external numbers on a ring group.
The first company to answer then gets the call and tries to help the caller.
If they cant help the caller, the caller presses * which returns him to the PBX/Asterisk which rings the ring group again, excluding the number of the company that answered the first call.
Is this soemthing you can do?
