Comparison site(repost)

Hi,

I am looking for a coder to develop a price comparison site for one specific consumer? healthcare product (birth control products).

The specifics:

- Coding in? php with? MySQL db driven

- Clients need to be able to upload a txt file with their products. Upload page (username / password restricted)

- If possible would also like to be able to extract data straight from manufacturer websites (prices etc).

For these I leave the technical details to the developer.

The site would need to contain:

1. Index page CMS driven to display latest news, hotest products (based on clicks). Similar to [[url removed, login to view]][1], [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] but fully db driven

2. Products by brand or manufacturer: user can click on brand and see items. User selects item and sees prices with deeplink to order straight from the site.

Other:

- Overall Look-and-feel will need to? say "fun" but "reliable" (logo, CSS)

- Site needs to be updatable. Either via admin page or straight in the DB.

-- Needs to be easily uploaded to my hoster or with easy to follow instructions

- Buyer? controls rights

Please only bid on this request when you have experience in developing comparison sites. Technical price comparison coding is more important at the moment than the design.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
