I am looking for either a new build site or a scirpt already made for a CPM ad network. Here is what i want it to do:
- admin to be able to submit URLs and banners to an ad rotator.
- publishers to sign up with a username & password and get code to put on their page to distribute my ads.
I want to track page impressions and clicks. I also want to have a fraud prevention system. Track each publishers IP on signup, track IP address of impressions that happen more than 20 times from the same IP. Track referal url of a click that happens from my banner.
- publisher should be able to login to their account and view their stats: impressions, clicks and revenue. Payout every month via paypal.
