Prestashop Tweaks

Some tweaks;

- remove the 'contact us' bar at the bottom

- remove the 'print' button from product pages

- when checking out, remove the whole section for 'login as guest or registered user'

- in the cart remove the 'estimate shipping' box

- in the cart remove the vouchers box

- in the cart there are 3 totals (well, 5, but three which say 'Total'); to change to one (ie to leave 3: total products, total shipping, total)

- create a login for admin via database
