Auto cartridge/license tool

Online tool for printer cartridge ordering.

I would like a tool were a person/company can add it's printer and cartridges.

The tool will inform the backoffice when a cartridge should be ordered.

## Deliverables

Every company requires his own user and pass to login to the application.

So we need some user management possibility as well.

So users might have multiple companies.

User must be able to give his printer model.

This model is added to a global dropdown list (possibility to select from dropdown)

after printer selection there are cartridges this can be up to 5 inclusing the drum unit?

cartridge has a? supplier code + description?

user can then configure at what interval he want's the cartridges to be ordered.

We get notification by mail earlier then user date (to give us the time to order it)

For example user1 :? every month , user 2 every 3 months.

This for every? cartridge individually (some colours run out faster then others)?

A button order NOW should also be present incase the user printed more then normall

when the order is earlier then normall? the possibility to change the newt order interval should be possible?

An? delete printer option must? be availeble?

We would also like a history of ordere cartridges with date per customer

Second we would like to manage antivirus or software licenses.

This is? alot simpler we need the customer / computer /? product and license interval (mostly 1 year)
