I need a software platform written in the language of your choice (as long as it is something popular, like PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python, etc. that is easy to find people to develop on later) that would replicate the functionality of Craigslist ([url removed, login to view]). Database used should be MySQL or PostgreSQL. Code must include clear comments and must be written in a clean,? intelligible? way.
Looking forward for quotes on price, execution time and suggested programming languages.?
It is mandatory to have a working test website to track progress at all times. Feedback will be provided regularly to be sure that things go in the expected direction.
