Free Sign In Form

I have a web page called [url removed, login to view], its a social network for artists, buyers and sellers. In order to enter this web page the people has to fill an application form, and they have to pay an annual suscription.

What we need is a free form, because we want to invite some people for free to the web page, but it cant be used by the same person twice, so we need a secure system of free suscription form. maybe a code or something before entering the form.
