Age Verification Pop-Up

I am setting up a zen-cart site for a customer but he sales adult products and he will need an age verification pop-up before they can browse the site.
I would prefer a css html float popup simliar to hegre-art (dot) com (NOT WORK SAFE LINK!!!)
The pop-up must not interfere with spider and bot crawling that way the SEO doesn't get affected.
The pop-up must load on every page, but once it is clicked YES once, it must not load again until the visitor clears their cookies.
The pop-up window needs to be 600 x 600 and I will need to be shown how to edit the HTML that loads in the pop-up.
This should be a very simple project, because there are free scripts all over the internet, I just don't know how to use them :p
