Streaming Video Conversion - PHP

I have a relativley simple project for the right person

I would like a php script that takes a url of a popular video site and obtains the file for processing via ffmpeg to a file server

I am able to do the conversion work with ffmpeg, I just need a script which can get the data of an MP4 online video, ready for conversion

I know many php coders would already have the script in their code libraries
