495280 bash script needed to setup SFTP User on Centos Server

We need a programmer to develop an automated script to setup SFTP from SSH from a manual and php admin panel . The current setup allows users to have access only to their folders and the quota can also be setup with the admin panel. They do not have access to execute commands on the SSH server.

We need an automated bash script developed from this script we already have .
