PrestaShop - Cart modified

Hi

Currently, I have a different method for users to use to get added to a Prestashop cart as a registered user. What I need need now are two things:

1) I need the user profile and address templates changed so the user cannot change their details with exception to the password (they can change it):

Currently when a user logs in, they can change their address, phone numbers, email address, etc. I need the templates changed so the user cannot edit their profile EXCEPT for their own password. I ask for the Update & Delete "links" to be hidden and the email text box to be changed to a label.

2) The next action item is to add 3 new labels to the user profile. They are called the following:

SadieID -- this field is only 3 digits wide. (sadie_id, int 4)

Token -- this field is 40 digits wide. (token_id, varchar 40)

Edition -- this filed is 3 digits wide. (edition_id, int 4)
