Complete and add some jQuery in a site

Here is what I need:
I have a site that currently contains two 3rd-party script (PHP-MySQL). I need to have a certain feature on one script to be piped via jQuery into a new designed page where the user only interacts and interfaces with this new design. So, the user won't see what's behind it. We have done some parts of it but it is not complete. I need to have the results show in the same new designed page once the user clicks Submit.
