Counter Strike (game client) - plugin to rewrite [login to view URL] file - Repost - open to bidding

1. The Counter-Strike game (client version 1.6) has a file in its components name "masterserver.vdf". The path usually is C:...Counter-Strikeconfig.

2. This file is editable with notepad and contains a line (or two) of this form:

3. When players join my server (cs 1.6 server) they automatically accept server commands on their clients and therefore I need a "plugin" (.SMA which then becomes .AMXX) that will be able to send "rewrite" command to the [url removed, login to view] file of the clients that join my server.

The content of the file should be rewritten with an IP of a server of my choice and this should be placed in this "plugin".

4. The plugin is a .SMA file at first and then becomes a .AMXX file after compilation (compilation tool can be found on the net free). More details about the .SMA file can be found here: [url removed, login to view]

5. The language of the .SMA/AMXX file is write is C++ or PAWN

Long story short:

I need a plugin (file) amxx rewrite the file over customers who subscribe to my [url removed, login to view] executes commands on the client using this plugin. Wikipedia, the free [url removed, login to view] should have the attribute attrib.
