PHP Yii - CRM and other functionality

We are looking at putting together a web site which has CRM as one of its cores. There are several other modules, including some basic double entry accounting.

Want this built in a rapid development environment such as yii.

Other features of interest to include

-pdf creation of some reports

-reports and tables using jquery/ui pluggins

-heavy ajax usage

-html5 compliant for seamless use on the web

-must be mobile ready and friendly

For this phase I (I have three phases on the road map today) I would expect approximately 25 separate screens need building with relatively simple database interactions. There is limited algorithmic complexity here, like most CRM's.
