I am looking to hire someone to create software to post ads. I have a mockup of what I'm looking for. The ads will be posted daily on a websites or via desktop application. 20 ips will be provided to run the application through. After the application is performing without problems we will run the application for a week providing proof of software preforming task to assure the integrity of the application. After the test period all funds will be released asap.

Post from application
Monitor how many views for each post.
Able to modify wording when reposting the ad
