Upgrade shopping cart on TEST folder - and ensure all data is transferred and site working

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

2) SHOPPING CARTS

3) PROGRAMMING and ABLE TO ADD NEW CODE to EXISTING SHOPPING CART.

Install upgrade on my site and make sure that the site is 100% functional and works exactly like it is in place now.

My existing site is on the web now but I would like to put the site on a TEST FOLDER, have you do all upgrades and all configuration on the TEST FOLDER first to ensure all is functioning perfectly by testing on TEST FOLDER.

1) BACK UP EXISTING SITE:

2) SHOPPING CART: My current site is a Shopping cart

3) ASP SITE: The shopping cart is ASP

4) EXISTING DATABASE & PRODUCTS are on my current site.

5) UPGRADE: I purchased the upgrade for my shopping cart site and want to upgrade it to the latest version.

6) DATABASE: ensure all existing customers and transactions that are on the site.

7) CHECKOUT: make sure that the checkout and all functionalities continue to work on the NEWLY UPGRADED SITE.

8) PROGRAMMING: Make sure that you are able to PROGRAM anything that is on existing website that isnt function correctly by checking all site functionalities and ensure it is working on the UPGRADED SITE.

CHECK TO MAKE SURE EXISTING DESIGN IS THE SAME AND ALL FUNCTIONS CORRECT

Also, on the SAME SERVER, I have another site that I lost logins to administer that site, the site is built already, you will get me NEW login name and password so I can login.
