customization of joomla extensions for video streaming project

I currently have a Joomla 3.0 entertainment website and I would like to offer my videos to be STREAMED, either free, pay per view or a paid monthly subscription. I am using HWDmediashare as the video hub and osemembership to facilitate the monthly membership. The main scope involves but not limited to Customization of ose membership extension to accommodate pay per view payment, adding [login to view URL] within ose, ensuring site is optimized for both web and mobile, including video streaming. Note that this is not a site that DOWNLOADS video but rather STREAMS videos that is being pulled from CDN (this is already in place)
Please only bid if you have experience in this sort of thing. I have already wasted my time with another developer who claimed they understood but did not. I already have the website and payment gateway set up and the videos will be pulled from an third party CDN. Project Description: see attahed for full scope
