1. Controls and reporting must be Telerik. (you may download demo from their site)
2. Back-end database should be MS SQL.
3. Initial GUI of data entries and reports should be submitted for approval.
4. Submission of working project weekly.
5. Must be fully tested and documented. we will also have our own testing group.
6. Columns and format of the reports will be provided as your template.
7. No third-party SDK.
8. full source code must be submitted.
9. data entry and report modules will be sent afterwards.
10. Support on deployment.
